Product Introduction
Contactor contacts are core conductive components used in AC contactors, relays, circuit breakers, and low-voltage switchgear. They are primarily manufactured using silver-based electrical contact materials such as AgNi (silver nickel), AgSnO₂ (silver tin oxide), AgCdO (silver cadmium oxide), AgCu (silver copper), and AgW (silver tungsten). They are widely used in industrial control, power distribution, new energy, electric vehicles, rail transportation, and home appliances.

Product Features
Low Contact Resistance: Utilizing high-purity silver-based materials, optimized microstructure and processing techniques effectively reduce contact resistance, minimizing energy loss and temperature rise.
Anti-Arc Erosion Resistance: Materials such as AgSnO₂ and AgNi possess strong resistance to arc erosion, reducing contact burn-off during frequent switching.
Anti-Welding Performance: Optimized material structure for motor starting and frequent start-stop operations effectively reduces the risk of contact adhesion under high-current impact conditions, improving equipment operational safety.
High Dimensional Accuracy: Employing precision stamping, cold heading, and composite processing techniques, strict dimensional consistency is controlled to meet the requirements of automated production such as automatic welding and robotic assembly.
Cadmium-Free Environmental Solution Available: Cadmium-free materials such as AgSnO₂ and AgNi are available, complying with RoHS and REACH regulations.
Manufacturing Process
Raw Material Control: High-purity silver, copper, nickel, and tin oxide are selected as raw materials. All incoming materials undergo composition analysis and quality inspection to ensure material stability and reliability.
Smelting Process: Vacuum melting or protective atmosphere melting processes are employed to improve material density, reduce porosity and inclusions, and enhance electrical conductivity and microstructure uniformity.
Rolling and Powder Metallurgy: Depending on the material system, multi-pass rolling, powder metallurgy sintering, or internal oxidation processes are used to improve the material microstructure and enhance ablation resistance.
Precision Forming: Capable of cold heading, precision stamping, composite riveting, and welding, processing various standard and non-standard structural products.
Controlled Atmosphere Annealing: Continuous protective atmosphere annealing is used to eliminate processing stress, optimize material microstructure, and improve mechanical and electrical properties.
Online Inspection: Dimensional inspection, contact resistance testing, hardness testing, and metallographic analysis are implemented during production to ensure consistent product quality.
Packaging and Protection: We use moisture-proof and oxidation-proof packaging methods and can provide vacuum packaging, OEM packaging, and customized labeling services according to customer needs.
